Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://mytappo.com.au/ and products offered by Laser Label (trading as MyTappo) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Products and services
We provide physical and digital products including MyTappo (MyTappo NFC Tag, Digital QR Code, and hosted MyTappo profile), and other NFC or digital experiences described on this site. Features may change as we improve the service.
Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Online card payments are processed by Stripe when enabled. We may also accept payment by invoice or bank transfer where offered.
- Your order is confirmed when payment is received or we mark your order as paid in our system.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details.
MyTappo — hosting and renewal
- Standard kits include 12 months of MyTappo profile hosting.
- Hosting does not auto-renew. We send reminder emails before hosting expires. Renewal is optional.
- If hosting is not renewed, your public page goes offline. Your physical MyTappo NFC Tag remains yours; reprogramming is not required to renew the same link when hosting is restored.
- After lapse, personal data may be deleted following the grace period described in our Privacy Policy (currently 14 days).
Fulfilment and delivery
Physical products are prepared after payment. Delivery times depend on production and postage. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your address (or collection point if applicable).
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for information on your hosted profile. You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content. We may suspend or remove content or cancel orders that breach these Terms.
Refunds and cancellations
Because products are customised and physical goods may be programmed to order, refunds are assessed case by case. Contact us at hello@mytappo.com.au before return of physical goods. Australian Consumer Law rights apply where they cannot be excluded.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from third-party services (including Stripe or telecommunications). Our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
We own or license the site, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you supply (for example your logo and text). You grant us a licence to host and display that content to provide the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
